A Back-To-School Yoga & Empowerment Workshop

Join Born Yoga and Ivivva to get EMPOWERED before going back to school during this uplifting and inspiring 2-hour workshop. Kids will develop physical and emotional strength and a strong sense of self with a 45-minute yoga practice, deep breathing and mindfulness techniques. Your child will learn simple tools that will help build their self-esteem and leave them feeling confident, capable and loved. After our yoga practice, students will have an opportunity to share both the excitement and fear that arises with going back to school and discuss ways in which we can support each other. We will be partnering with Lucky Penny Purses to sew our own eye pillows. The workshop will end with a mindful eating experience.
