Session 4 – 4:30-5:30pm
This fun, energetic class involves a parent and child playing with floor and aerial movement together in the hammock. Workshop activities will involve relationship strengthening and playful poses with each other both in the yoga hammock and on the floor. Partner poses and joyful experiences abound in this 1-hour workshop! Come fly with us!
We are super excited to be partnering with Fleece & Thank You for this special event. After 45 minutes of Aerial Yoga, you and your child will make a blanket for a child in the hospital. Snacks & refreshments included.
Choose the appropriate pricing option depending on how many participants. Each child attending should have a parent to be their one-on one partner.
Children must be at least 5 years old in order to participate.
