Holiday Family Yoga & Shopping Event w/Perfect Trading Co.

Take an hour away from the hectic holiday to-do list by spending an hour of mindful bonding and movement time with your loved ones.
Families are invited to join Born Yoga & Perfect Trading Co. for a special FREE yoga class that focuses on togetherness, gratitude and breathing through the stresses of the holiday season. We will move through simple yoga flows that promote strength and self-love as well as learn fun partner and group family poses.
