Born Yoga teachers are unique and offer an authentic approach towards teaching. We are professionally trained to work with kids of all ages and have an understanding of developmentally appropriate teaching methods. Our goal is to meet each yogi at an individual level while supporting the group as a whole. We offer and encourage opportunities for the yogis to challenge themselves, while also respecting that each child is different and that their practice may vary. Our priority is providing the best experience for your child; you are always welcome to discuss your child’s individual needs with us prior to class.
We are passionate about providing classes filled with love, laughter, and life. Your child will feel at home at Born Yoga.
My boys love Born Yoga! The classes provide an awesome outlet for their energy and help build strength and endurance for their other athletics. They look forward to their yoga classes all week and always leave with a smile on their faces. I love that they are getting all the benefits of yoga, and they love having fun with their friends during class.
Yogis are kind, mindful and helpful. We place a strong emphasis on teaching kindness and communication skills within each class. They are encouraged to give and receive help when needed. The concept of mindfulness is approached appropriately based on age.
