We offer a variety of teaching styles and classes for both beginner and advanced yogis, from babies to teens. Our classes focus on the development of emotional, social and physical elements of the yoga practice and work to promote an overall feeling of strength and beauty, both inside and out.

Children are encouraged to use their imaginations, learn animated poses, breathing and visualization techniques, play games, create art, sing, dance and get silly!

Born Yoga teachers are unique and offer an authentic approach towards teaching. We are professionally trained to work with kids of all ages and have an understanding of developmentally appropriate teaching methods. Our goal is to meet each yogi at an individual level while supporting the group as a whole. We offer and encourage opportunities for the yogis to challenge themselves, while also respecting that each child is different and that their practice may vary. Our priority is providing the best experience for your child; you are always welcome to discuss your child’s individual needs with us prior to class.
