Grab your ‘Karma bestie’ and help us make Born Yoga shimmer as we start this event off by getting our faces Bejeweled!
In this workshop we will be:
- ‘Flexing like an acrobat’: Warm-up through a guided Swiftie Style Yoga and Dance Flow under a disco ball
- ‘Karma’s a relaxing thought’: Learn a simple choreographed Aerial Yoga Flow to a Taylor Swift song
- Creating your own vibe crafts: Make your own bejeweled microphone, banner-sized friendship bracelet to hang in your room, friendship bracelets, photo prop station
- Parents should arrive at 4:15pm to watch the yoga performance

Cost: $150
Students will be split into groups based on their experience level for the Aerial Yoga portion
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Snacks included.
