Sarah Isaksen

Sarah is a yoga teacher in the metro Detroit area and holds an RYT 200 certificate. She started practicing yoga in 2003 and completed an Ashtanga Yoga teacher training in 2004. Sarah studied at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in India in 2006. More recently, she completed the Lifetime Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 and has been teaching yoga steadily since. Sarah’s passions include yoga, math, and spending time with family and friends. She has studied mathematics extensively and taught college mathematics for almost 15 years in Detroit. Sarah has 3 school age children, and is the Girl Scout Leader for her youngest daughter’s troop. Sarah has a passion for teaching and sharing the gift of yoga, and works to bring creativity to all of her classes!
