“Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.”

— The Dalai Lama

At Born Yoga, we believe that children learn kindness and compassion towards themselves and others through opportunities to give back and help those in need; it is in this spirit that we created Karma Yoga.

One of the ways that we practice Karma Yoga is through our Family Glowga Classes. Once a month, through the months of October through June, Born Yoga hosts a Glow-in-the-Dark Yoga Dance Party. This is a donation based class where 100% of the proceeds go to the charity of the month. Children and families are invited to join us as we turn the lights down and do yoga with glow necklaces and other glow-in-the-dark items. Music, yoga dancing and games, and snacks are also included. Recommended for families with children ages 4-12.

Do you have an organization that you would like Born Yoga to raise awareness and funding for? If so, send us a message.

    Charities by Month

Each month, Born Yoga will choose a different charity to raise money for.  Students will have the opportunity to make a donation during specific Community Classes and Special Events.  Please refer to our schedule for specific dates.  Proceeds will be donated to the charity.
