Malak is a full-time yoga instructor who teaches adult and kids classes. She has taken two RYT-200 teacher trainings in Michigan and completed a mentorship program in NYC. She is passionate about sharing yoga with children because she knows how beneficial it can be. Being a child is not always worry-free, things can be stressful for children too. Yoga is a great way of addressing feelings that arise by using mindful breathing and physically releasing tension. Finding yoga has forever changed Malak and she is eager to share her love for this practice with you.
