Stephanie HillI love yoga because you can benefit from it physically, mentally and spiritually at anytime and anywhere! Yoga to me is a life-long lifestyle. Being an elementary teacher in Detroit, I use yoga in my classroom on a daily basis to calm students down and help them become independent, aware and in control of their own emotions and feelings. I earned my RYT 200 in the summer of 2015, focusing om body alignment, meditation, and healing. Yoga to me is boundless, limitless and timeless- I aspire to bring these concepts into my classes my infusing elements of play, gratitude and “just-right” challenges.  I love being outside (running, and doing yoga of course), drinking coffee and reading!  When we allow ourselves time to smile, then we can fully give out light to the world!
