Hillary has been practicing yoga for 10+ years, and has always been curious about the connection between yoga and mental health. In addition to teaching prenatal yoga, Hillary is a therapist who specializes in maternal mental health, including fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum adjustment. She has completed 85-hour prenatal yoga teacher training through Sweet Momma Yoga, and is excited to share her unique training in mind-body wellness with mamas-to-be.
